We sell perfumes, extrait de parfum, gift sets and related fragrance products.

• We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, but colours, packaging and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on your screen.
• Fragrance is subjective and its perceived strength and longevity vary from person to person depending on skin type, climate and application. Such variation is not a product defect.
• All products are intended for external use only. Perfumes are alcohol-based, flammable, and must be kept away from heat, flame, eyes and children. Please perform a patch test before regular use. We are not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivity or irritation arising from use of our products.
• We do not claim any medicinal, therapeutic or curative benefit for our products.

5. Pricing and Availability

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices, discounts and offers at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. Items marked "Sold Out" or found to be out of stock after ordering may result in cancellation and a full refund.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after order confirmation.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A confirmation email or message acknowledging your order does not amount to acceptance. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the products.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

• The product is unavailable or incorrectly priced;
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive or bulk-reseller activity;
• Delivery address details are incomplete, invalid or outside our serviceable area;
• There is a repeated history of refused or returned Cash on Delivery orders.

7. Payments

• We accept payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed by third-party payment gateways.
• We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. All payment information is handled by the payment gateway in accordance with its own terms and security standards.
• Cash on Delivery (COD), where offered, may be limited by order value or pin code. Refusal to accept a COD order on delivery may result in COD being disabled for your account.
• If a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount will typically be reversed by your bank or gateway within 5–10 business days. Please contact us if it is not.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, charges and serviceable areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, regulatory restrictions or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please inspect the package on delivery and report visible damage or tampering immediately, ideally with an unboxing video.

9. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary:

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly.
• Due to hygiene and safety considerations, used, opened or tampered perfume products cannot be returned, except where the item delivered is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
