We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at p3pperfumes@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

To get a different item:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order separately

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason.

The item must be:

  • In original packaging

  • With receipt or proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
